Dear Sir,

We've received your review. We'll analyze your comments in order to improve our service so you and following guests could have a better stay.

I apologize that you haven't find what you were looking for. I've asked the staff for your stay in our hotel. They told me that, while your stay, there were no complaints at the front desk. If front desk had received your complaints, the Hotel Snob could take actions in order to make you have a better stay.

We are very thankfull for your comments. Your comments help us to enhance our services.
