This cute little outside dining only restaurant reminds me much of NYC! The food & service is impeccable. It was so good me & my bf came twice lol. The samosas & chicken skewers are a must!!! Had two diff entrees on both occasions & was fantastic. Flavorful and delicious. The owner is a sweetheart & so is the staff! I look forward to coming back here without doubt when i return to beautiful Rio.

While looking for India Resturant we found this one. It was not very close to our hotel but it was worth the drive. Some of the dishes we chose was not up to our taste bud but they were ok. The service was very very good and the atmosphere charming and welcoming. Nice place

Nice place, atmosphere, etc. but to call this food Asian is kind of a joke. They do a good job given the limited ingredients cheaply available in Brazil. I had the Pho (about R$20 for a very small bowl), which was essentially beef broth, some fat noodles and chunks of delicious beef and cooked sprouts. It was a good soup, but if you were to serve this as "Pho" in the US you would get laughed out of town. No jalepenos, no basil, no sriracha anywhere in the whole restaurant, etc. I was hoping to try a real Pho but with brazilian beef. Does this exist?

We had two kinds of samosas: potato veggie and spicy shrimp with coconut, both with three sauces: a fiery one, a medium sweet mint and a lovely mango chutney. We also tried a shrimp curry with eggplant and coconut milk that was nicely spicy, and a stir fried beef with broccoli and ginger. Both came with a nice amount of jasmine rice. There was not a morsel left on our plates. Each of the three adults ordered different drinks so we could each try the other's and they were all fantastic: a lichi caipiriinha, a red fruit caipiroska, and a house drink with a special rum/sake/spice infusion that was addictive. They were very gracious in cooking plain pad thai noodles for our five year old--and she had two servings of those they were so good. And we all loved the chai ice cream. We will be back--we hear they have excellent lunch specials.
