I came home at 11pm at night to find they had packed my bags without my permission and shifted me rooms. They did this to accommodate another group that had booked and said they didn't ask for my permission as the internet was down.
Then 2 days later they did exactly the same thing despite how angry I got at them the i first time.
This is apparently their policy to move people rooms so I am not an isolated case.
They lost one of my shirts in the process too.
I asked to speak to the manager over 10 times, initially they said she would call me back then after 5 times of me asking they just changed their tune to say she was only contactable by email.
They offered no refund for the room swap or loss of shirt and no apology and I never got to see or speak to the manager once.
Worst customer service ever!! Impolite staff.More
