This is a remarkable building. It's one of those old houses during the colonial times that has survived and been renovated back to its loveliness. The interaction of its original features with contemporary interiors is done nicely and subtly that it still comes out quite homely. We had our dinner here which was amazing and drinks are offered here too. Shame that we didn't manage to get to stay here for the night so it was more like a few hours respite and shower etc as our local flight times got changed last minute (which is infamous within Aerolineas Argentinas!).
I would recommend this place if you want something different than a normal hotel. It does have a pool but I don't think this place will be sought for that as Copacabana Palace can provide that better! But it's a different experience, it does have some places nearby that you can walk to town and does offer a spectacular view of the city.More
