Run by the original owners of Porcão, this steakhouse is a great place to meet friends & family and have a typical long lunch/dinner during the weekends.
Meat selection is second-to-none. Just fantastic. You can choose how your meat much (or how little) is cooked, you can eat as fast or as slow as you'd like.
There's no salad buffet in contrast with the typical churrascaria in Brazil but the quality of the meats makes up for it (and then some).
If you survive the meal, they offer very good desserts as well.
Service in my opinion is also a strong suit of Mocellin. Most of the staff has been working with the family for decades.
Highly recommended. A must-go if you are visiting Rio.
