We stayed at this hotel for only 1 night, we were actually move from other hostel (after staying there for 2 nights). We wish we could have stayed in this hotel at the beginning, as our stay was so welcoming and this was continued throughout our stay.
The hotel is owned/run by a Brazillian family, they were really friendly and helpful. The son of the owner who is the main person to run this hotel can speak some english.
The hotel is a bargain in terms of the quality. 3 of us booked into an ensuite triple room for 100R$, the room was cleaned and tidy, with TV in the room, power hot shower in the toilet. The kitchen is big and clean, and we were allowed to use the kitchen.
The fish market just few units next to the hotel, we managed to get some fishes and cooked our dinner, the owner gave us a hand for cooking and we had our dinner together in that night.
The location of the hotel is good, 3 minutes from the bus terminal, 2 minutes from supermarket and 5 minutes from Historical Center. For those travelling with rolling suitcases (like us), this hotel is the best option, cause it is close to the Bus Terminal, as the road conditions in Paraty is very rocking and bumping, it is very difficult to pull the suitcase along on the street.
Overall a great hotel I would recommend to anyone.
