Good for a rest with little expectation. It is about 30 min walking or a 5 min taxi boat, paying 4US$ per passenger.

A beautiful beach and a very nice short walk from Abrao on a marked trale. Just follow the beach from Abrao north.

This is a small, but lovely beach. Calm, clear water. Saw lots of fish while snorkeling. Some shade from trees. Great for kids. Two small bars/cafes both serving essentially the same things. We tried Bar Apertivo and the calamari was some of the best I've ever had. Go early as it gets busy with taxi boats full of people. Easy to walk to - we did it with two small kids (about 30 minutes from Abraao village).

A wonderful and easy half-hour hike along the waters edge from Abraao. There are 2 restaurants right on the beach and a large, roped-off swimming area with very calm, clear, waters. Just grab a chair, order a cold Skol and spend the day sipping, eating and swimming. Paradise! Oh, and when you're ready to leave, grab a water taxi back into Abraao for $10 Reals.
