We didn't see and visit all of Buzio's beaches, but Geribá definitely was a beautiful one: it's long enough for a 30 minutes walk from one side to the other - the sand is fine & clean - the water is very clean & clear - no rocks or seaweed - water wasn't too cold.
You can walk at least 50 meters into the sea until it gets too deep. The waves are quite strong though, and hence it was great for wake boarding etc. There were life guards on duty who took their responsibility very serious.
You can rent everywhere at the beach chairs & umbrellas (R$ 20,00/day for two chairs, a small table + umbrella). On one end of the beach there is even a small restaurants that offers chairs, a table + umbrella for free as long as you consume some food and drinks there during the day.
Unfortunately, there are no public washrooms. So either you enter one of the very few restaurants/bars or you sneak in one of the very few pousadas alongside the beach.
There are some beach vendors with jewelry, beach dresses, snacks, ice cream etc. But they aren't intrusive at all, and actually quite entertaining.
Parking near the beach might be a bit difficult at busy times.
