Where do I start? Rocka's in a delightful beautiful bay which was wonderful to sit and gaze at. I've never seen so much champagne being consumed - we seemed to be one group in a few not to! We should have gone earlier and used the loungers scattered around the place prior to lunch. I'm glad we booked as it was busy for lunch (would have preferred dinner but it doesn't open in the evenings in winter and we wouldn't have had the view!). English is spoken by most of the staff so no issues on understanding the specials of the day. They were attentive and helpful and easy to attract when you wanted something (that's unusual in Buzios!). So we have a great view, surroundings and staff and then there's the food! WOW! The catch of the day, tuna, scallops and the pork were all wonderfully cooked, beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Four assorted and equally fantastic sweets later, with a coffee to follow - what a great lunch. With a bottle of Sauvignon blanc and many waters we were UK pounds 150 for lunch. Not for the financially faint hearted but well worth it. I'd like to say I'll be back but it's a long way from home and I can only wish. Do go and try, you won't be disappointed!
