Salt is a very well managed and friendly restaurant looking out over the bay. The food is very fresh and the flavours and spices subtle. One of the best restaurants I have been to in Brazil - and there are plenty of very fine ones, but Salt gives a different take on dishes. The salmon in ginger with black rice was a gastronomic high - such that we had to return the following day to check it was as good as we remembered it. It was.
