We loved the cabin. It is very comfortable and attractive. The owners have given attention to all of the little details that make it special. We arrived late and found the cabin ready and deer eating in the front yard! We wished we had made arrangements to stay longer. Our son loved seeing the horses in the corral near the cabin and we all loved the mountain views.

The cabins are not large but have a wonderful layout that make it not only attractive but convenient. The owners are very nice and we really enjoyed the spa. It is enclosed in a gazebo and very nicely landscaped. I would suggest a loft style if you have children. Our son would have loved to sleep in the loft area!

The only precaution I would add.....do not pass it and continue on the road! Our GPS sent us well past the cabin area and you need an off the road vehicle for this! I can laugh now but at the time it was rather alarming! Do not follow the GPS or you will end up at a small stream that you cannot cross in most cars....not to mention the logs and boulders in the roadway!

Thank you for your 5 Star rating! We are so happy your family enjoyed staying in our cabins, the mountains, and the wildlife :) Thank you for the tip on the GPS, we have been working with various GPS companies to try and update their information to make it easier for our guests to find us. We hope you can come and stay with us again!

We stayed one night on our way from Salt Lake City to GTNP. Old Mill was a comfortable stopping point for the night. Cabin was clean and cozy. Coffee pots in the cabins would be nice so you could enjoy the early morning from your porch rather than going into town.

I loved this cabin. Everything about it was cozy and inviting. Our cabin had a loft. I'd love to go back in the summer and spend a few days. The pictures say it all. The loft area would be great for kids, too. We were greeted by a deer when we drove up who proved to be quite nosy. This is the cutest cabin we've been too, by far. Loved it!

We were looking for a place to take a weekend motorcycle ride and found Old Mill cabins online. We called to see if there was an availible cabin for the weekend and were told the one we wanted was booked but we could have a larger one for the same price. The cabin was ideal and spotless. I don't think you could find a quieter or more perfect mountain getaway anywhere. We will for certain stay there again and again. The area of the Star Valley is second to none in scenery and sightseeing opportunities> we highly recommend if you are in that area to give them a call

We took the advice of other reviews. Beautiful surroundings!! The cabin was clean and cozy. The owners are very helpful. They even saddled up the horse for my wife to ride. No charge. I would like to have coffee pots and coffee in room. You have to go to town for everything. Heggs is a good place to eat in the outskirts of town. Had dinner there, came back for breakfast.

I re-read the reviews, and I would agree that there is not a lot of interaction with the owners, but that was not a problem as we were just looking for a place to stay where we could leave early. We stayed at the Aspen cabin, which was SPOTLESS. A nice warm shower, comfortable beds, satellite TV and cool mountain air made this the perfect stop between Grand Tetons and Bryce Canyon. I would stay here again easily.

This was just as everyone previously stated. We booked our stay based on the previous reviews. We stayed in the Cottonwood. It has a nice loft which our kids love. The TV is small but not a problem for us personally. This is a cabin, no kitchen so don't expect to be cooking on a stove anywhere. It was very comfortable and quiet. We are staying again this year. We had no problems at all. Check in and out were very easy.
