I was not expecting to find good fish in Wyoming, but this place proved me wrong. Three of us went in for fish and chips. You get to choose what kind of fish, which is unusual. I had ahi tuna. Soon, small baskets arrived. Despite the seemingly small size, the basket had more than I could finish. The fish was really good. Three good-sized chunks of tuna, cooked so it was still pink inside. The batter was wonderful and the fish was great, cooked perfectly. The chips were crisp outside, seasoned perfectly. The slaw was interesting. It is very simple, yet also very good. No onions or carrots and not sweet. Just a nice, fresh cabbage flavor. I have a few fries and a chunk of tuna left for dinner. I can’t wait!
