Went there yesterday. It¨s almost a paradise. Clear water for bathing with small fishes around, excelent view. Pictures show you a part of it. One important thing to point out which disappoints are the charges (almost US$15,00) for using chairs and sun umbrella at the beach, unless you pay around 35 US$ for a fish snack which is unbelievably expensive and the people in charge of it do not explain to you before using them, that you will be charged that amount if you only ask for beer and cokes. It is not legal or authorized by authorities but they do nothing to stop it or manage the situation, so, I believe a lot of foreign visitors pay for it because they are not aware of this illegality. Suggest that everyone asks for information on any charges before using the chairs at the shore. I am Brasilian and that`s why I post this in english, to help foreign visitors to Porto de Galinhas.
