Several of us stayed at this location because of a late arriving flight. The check in process was long considering we were the only people there after midnight. The rooms were very dated and not very clean. The drapes were stained badly and trash left on the floor. There was one outlet between the beds which had exposed wiring. Another of our group didn't even have an outlet, it was just wires coming out of the wall. The a/c was noisy, had a strange smell, and would not hold the temperature. The bathroom and sheets at least seemed clean. The hairdryer in the room would either work or not work depending on if it was getting electricity. The hallway was very loud but at least the only group that arrived after us was a flight crew. The breakfast was at least good.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced, regardless of our intention and commitment. All that you pointed, considering cleaning in the room and areas, and also the conditions of the outlets and electric devices in your room, concerned us truly, specially because these are the most important items in our check list for the preparation and service of our guest rooms on a daily basis. Your comments started a task force to review and fix any inconsistency or malfunctioning. Check-in process was slow due to IT problems. Only elevator por guests not working during entire stay. Room although comfortable needs to be updated, phone not working, bad TV channel selection and shower with low water pressure.
Chose hotel due to proximity to CWB airport.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we caused at that moment, regardless of our efforts and intention. As we recently changed brands, some upgrades were made such as our operational system, cable TV options and provider and telephone, and for a lack of time were not available in their full operation. We are all truly sorry for the discomfort and assure you that all the efforts were taken at that period to avoid any malfunctioning. This hotel was just changed from tulip to mercure and still lacks a little bit of accor feeling. The rooms are still not renovated , but they are not bad.
The shower and bed were both okay, with mercure standard amenities .
Breakfast it's served from 4:30am (big advantage) in the lobby floor .

Recently we changed brands and we are working really hard to make our services and structure reach the standards demanded by our new category. In first hand I share the information of the start of our renewal works that will take place in May/2018 for our rooms and restaurant, following to lobby, fitness area and events meeting rooms. At this moment we already count with 24 renewed deluxe rooms that I would like to present you in a next opportunity, which will make us greatly honored. In this meantime, our team is increasing our hospitality and services in order to make our Guests to feel just the way we committ to - as in their own homes. That is why we thought about the breakfast hours, understanding that most of our Guests depend on an early meal to leave the Hotel to catch their flights as we are a few minutes away from the international airport. Very good room and the service was spectacular. They helped me with everything I needed. I felt at home. Food was great. For sure I will book this hotel again in my trip to Curitiba. I super recommend it.

The property has some years now, but overall is a very good property. Spent very little due to the fact that at reception they forced you to make a reservation via Expedia or other website while they don't sell , ate at the Restaurant which was ok, I had a chicken with pesto and noodles, received noodles with pesto and a little piece of chicken. However overall good hotel.
