Good, clean and great service! Room are clean well maintained, showers and toilet facilities are clean and good. Staff are great too, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, and dinner too. Hotel is central to the city and easy to get around.
The hotel is very good. They got a tourism agent inside the hotel who can help you to book your tours around the city. Very very very good breakfast, lots of breads, cakes, fruits, juices, ham, cheese, snacks.... Nice room, clean and comfortable, good bathroom. Nice pool. Had dinner in the hotel one night, not fancy food but good. Elevator is very very small, but not a big issue. Big parking lot area. Good restaurants in the surroundings. Just take care with other visitors... While checking in, a lot of other people were arriving as well, foreigners and a woman tried to get my luggage taking advantage of the confusion in the hall, as everybody arrived together.
The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. The breakfast is complimentary and is the highlight of the stay. There is so much to choose from and you don't have to have the same thing twice. The hotel is centrally located and is within walking distance to everything you may need to do. The bus system is very easy to get around on and a much cheaper alternative to the taxis which were outrageous.
San Rafael Hotel also offers a dinner buffet for 16 reales and the selection is not nearly as much as the breakfast but the food was pretty good and a decent price in comparison to the restaurants nearby.
We had a lovely stay, staff are very helpful! We turned up a few hours before check in, eexpecting to wait in the lobby but they were able to let us in the room free of charge. There was a wide variety at breakfast which was all nice. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Would stay again!
The hotel has simple, but clean rooms. The breakfast has a very good variety of fruits, natural juices, cakes, bread and hots . It's located downtown near several choices of restaurants, banks and supermarket. The parking lot has a personal security, easy access and it's large. The staff is very kind trying to help you in what you need. The hotel is not very new, the bathrooms were renovated, but are very small with no bathtubs. I can recomend it.
