Location, location AND a beautiful hotel. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay for our visit to Iguassu. We ate in both dining rooms and both were excellent. The rooms were great, the staff were friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend you stay at this hotel right in the park at Iguassu.

The hotel is strategicly located in front of the falls! Depending on the room you choose you may wake up seen and hearing the falls! It is amazing!

The service is one of the main positive points! All employees do their best to turn your stay an special experience! Since the front door support up to the room cleaning all of them make an exeptional job!

The Spa is really nice and works as a swiss clock!

The nature around makes its magic to turn your stay even more pleasant. The falls ara amazing and the paths to see all the sites are well maintained. There are options to see the falls walking, by boat and in an helicopter flight! Me and my familly mada all and all are incredible experiences! It is really worth it!

There are only 3 things that I would point out as improvements opportunities:
1. It does not have a kids club! And it really is something that you will miss if you go with children.
2. There are limited restaurant/light food options and it also may have an impact on children and in your pocket. Besides of the pool and the internal bar, the other two restaurants are very very expensive.
3. There is no bicicles to be offered by the Hotel. The only alternative is a bike rent out of the park and does not offer bicicles for kids! In an world that is becaming every day more bike friendly is its for sure something that should be available.

This is a superb hotel in a great location.
The facilities and the staff are excellent.
I highly recommend a stay here.
Just try to make sure you stay longer than the one night we stayed. You really need at least two nights at this lovely hotel.

We loved our stay here. It is expensive but it feels wonderful. The Iguassu Tour Experience desk is so helpful. It may not have been the cheapest way to do it but they booked a private tour to the Argentinian side for the next day and the Macuco Boat trip for a mere hour and half later. So, we felt like we made the most of our stay. Also loved Patrick's help on the main desk.

We did not like the way the tiled floor seemed to be constantly "damp." It made the floors very slippery. The walls seemed to be oozing moisture they told us but it still felt like we could fall. Pillows could be better for a place of this quality.

It is expensive, yes, but as soon as you come around the bend and see the view it'll be worth it. The hotel was perfect. The staff were brilliant. And the breakfast buffet was a winner! Only thing was the wifi was a bit sketchy.

Very helpful staff, great facilities (food, bar, WIFI, pool), amazing location. Could not ask for a better experience, a must for everyone. The view from the bar out over the falls is one we will remember for a long time.

To see the falls right out the front of this beautiful hotel on arrival was fantastic. The Architecture of the building looked really nice. But that is where it ended. The room so so small, also smelt a little not to mention the noisy staff outside as it was opposite the cleaners room. For the money we paid for the room #1030, it was not worth it, $500 per night for a superior Queen. The meals and drinks were ridiculously priced. I understand that you pay extra for the position but $20 for a small glass of wine and $50 to $60 a meal ( and the food was average) we thought was over the top. Even bottle water a joke. Shame as I am sure people would enjoy it more with the prices of consumables a little lower as there is no other choice than to eat at the Hotel. Stayed 2 nights but 1 is plenty. The falls are really amazing and worth a visit. If staying here ask for a bigger room and if you have plenty of money to spare then enjoy, otherwise bring in your own drinks. Pool area really good & the breakfast was nice.

Room Tip: Don't stay near the cleaners room, as staff talking early mornings is annoying. Superior queen...
