Stayed here as part of a tour. Room was big. Fridge didn't work but they kept insisting it did. Good warm shower. Close to walk to supermarkets etc. Wi fi in reception worked well. Had an argument over supply of breakfast (eggs) on the first day. The were on the menu but they had run out so we didn't get them but we had to pay for them???

We stayed here as part of g adventures tour. Room was big but outdated, linen was old and dingy looking and beds rock hard. Internet expensive and should be free considering the state of the hotel. Position is perfect for proximity to restaurants and night life.

The modern tinted glass reception create a good impression but the rooms don't live up to it. Large and basic but with four beds so a bit cramped. The bathroom was adequate but nothing more. The a/c was a much needed feature owing to the heat and very high humidity. The pool area was great after a hot day's sight-seeing! The breakfast buffet was pretty good for the money and I was told by friends that the "per kilo" lunch buffet was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff and a well stocked beer fridge in reception. The Internet was pricy and unreliable.

Stayed here as part of a G Adventures tour. Our room had 4 single beds in it - all quite hard and with older bedding. The room was cold although they did give us more blankets when we asked. Weather wasn't great so we didn't use the pool. Expensive internet - a hotel like this should provide it for free. It's not like business travelers with unlimited expense accounts are staying here. The front desk staff spoke limited English.
The location was good - easy to catch the bus to the Bird Park and the airport, and walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket.

We stayed here two nights with our tour group, the location is okay on the Brazilianside of Iguassu however the hotel itself was dissapointing. The room was big but had so many beds and lacked any character. The beds were also very uncomfortable and I could feel the springs and bad mattress. The bathroom was grotty and the lack of screens had bugs and moths flying around the room... I constantly wore my flipflops while inside... The breakfast was 12$ Real and it was awful! I have had much better! The place next door seemed much better - I did however enjoy the drinks you could purchase for a good price at reception.

Room Tip: Higher floor I think is better

I stayed here as part of an Intrepid tour group whilst visiting Iguazu falls.
On our first night and the following day there was no hot water, we notified the manager.
He claimed it was working. On the third day I did enjoy a hot shower.
I had breakfast in the 'restaurant' three times at a cost of 12Braz R.
It was pretty average, no hot water for tea, no black tea, no cutlery, plates, bowels at times.
On checking out I felt we should be compensated for the lack of hot water by having breakfast included. The hotel manager offered one free breakfast between the two of us, but did not offer an apology. He was arrogant and wouldn't even look at me during this discussion with our local tour guide. This kin dof crap I would expect at a hostel, NOT at 65 USD per night hotel.

Just everything about this place was average I am afraid to say. Breakfast not included and additional extra yet the coffee was dreadful and food wasnt much better. The room was ok. But the corridors were so noisy with people walking up and down them. I was also awoken in the night due to door slamming and drunk people.

The wifi wasnt included in the price and an additional cost. I just cant believe in this modern day with internet as fast as it is and cheap as it is that people still charge over the odds for it. Absurd.

My friend who was also staying allowed them to do her laundry and they ruined an item and meant it had to be binned. Shame.

Drinks from the fridge in reception were reasonably priced. Sadly, probably the highlight of the stay.
