Very nice Hotel, the service is perfect every body due a great job, very clean, room is huge and very good to sleep, the location is beautifull and we able to know the city places. i realy recomend this place for all

Average rate $80 , internet is slow , rooms are noisy . Bed confortable. Gym and swimming pool acceptable. Stuff very helpful . Should work on noise canceling system, internet connection and comfort. Breakfast is terrible not worthy to wake up early for it

The hotel is a 3-4 stars. The air conditioning in my room was out off service, what became a really nightmare. But it worthwhile by the recepcion. Ailton and Wilson are the most sympathetic team I have ever met.

a recent stay at this hotel was great. The rooms are clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is excellent. Great location to explore a lovely neighbourhood with lots of excellent cafes and restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel, great value and service.

This hotel has had its golden age in the 80's or 90's. And need to be ugraded and refurbished.
Its rooms are big and fairly comfortable, but the window has not thermical ou sound isolation, the walls are not capable to keep the other room's noise out.
The breakfast is ok and the staff struggles to be attentious.

regarding many details that are most important to all of us. Our Hotel was built 12 years ago, and at that time tried to implement all the best available materials and devices in use. As one of our priorities, our Hotels in the chain are renewed from period to period, to keep up the best image possible, aligned with the service that we consider the main differential in our services. Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience you experienced, but receive our commitment that the renewal is being prepared and will be started in the next year. Hopefully all the changes will meet your expectations, because the impression we transmited you at this present stay is our main concern to be transformed in a better one.
