This is quite ok from what you expect on a transit hotel near airport. Ok rooms. Nice pool and backyard park and garden.
Most often they serve buffet food (not a la carte) in restaurant.
Wi fi good everywhere.
On the downside - not possible to get a breakfastbox by early check out.
They do call taxis. Shuttle service not available as stated when online booking.

Room tip: There are no great differences. All ooked the same from outside.

This is a very clean hotel with a surprisingly good restaurant very close to the airport. The rooms have comfortable beds, good showers, and are a very good deal. A pool and courtyard with snack bar service are complemented by a very good restaurant for a hotel of this size. Breakfast is a large buffet with a selection of cold cuts, cheeses, fresh breads, and absolutely delicious fresh fruits. I have stayed here a number of years and will be back.

It is a passage hotel offering a sufficient comfort. It is next to Julio Cesar avenue that goes to the airport. The attendants are efficient. Strength is 5-7 minutes from the airport That is why some crews use the hotel. Taxi: R$ 20.00. The room cleaning service is good. Link of good Internet. Good breakfast has 4 fruit and two types of local juices. It is a traditional old hotel and needs some adjustments in painting and conservation in the lake area back of the hotel. Need a refurbishment but nothing detrimental to the service. It has two blocks and one with two floors.
The cost-benefit ratio is good if you are working outside the center of Bethlehem and need to stay close to the airport.

Room tip: The quality sleep is good despite being next to a very busy avenue that gives access from the airport to the city center of Bethlehem which is about 10 km. Want to choose the rooms on the second floor (ladder) or the rooms on the left both block the funds as the walkway. The reason is that the right side of the entrance may have problems in the sewer system. The many years the building came down a few inches and undertook the installation of sewage. You will see that the left block the floor is about 25 cm higher. Outside this is okay. The site has a swimming pool and a nice but simple bar. I stayed at Vila Rica for one night for a long lay-over between flights. The big plus is that it's very close to the airport- I belive the taxi charge was 15R and it was less than a 5 minute drive.

The room was small and old with two small beds, but it was clean and perfect to catch some sleep. There is a very nice courtyard in this hotel to drink your coffee and have your breakfast.

Now here was the big negative: I found myself in a jam not being able to pay the taxi driver who drove me to the hotel because the money changing stations in the airport were closed, and the hotel staff refused to pay the driver and then add the money to my bill. The poor driver was standing there waiting for his payment, and I had no R to pay him with, and the hotel staff wouldn't help me by paying the driver and adding the cost to my bill. They said no several times and I continued to ask, and finally they pecked away at the computer for a few minutes. I asked if they were resolving it, and the lady looked up and said "nao". The manager also also refused to help. Finally I paid the driver in American dollars and had to overpay him for the trouble.

Beware guys, if you're going to stay in this hotel, have plenty of Reales and all of your ducks in a row, because should you find yourself in a special situation and needing their help, they will not assist.

The hotel's proximity to the airport is a plus if you're having a brief stay over at Belem's airport.The facility is very clean and feels like a remote residence despite it's in a busy area.
The restaurant was clean and very efficient.
Their waiting service was spot on,big guys that knew their job.
On all three occasions that I used the front desk their service was excellent.
I would definitely recommend a stay for business.
