We have spent a weekend in this hotel and it was very good. The breakfast is a really good demonstration of local food. The service is good and it is located close to good museums and Savassi. With Uber and Cab you can get to the central hotspots within few minutes (or walk few minutes as well). Recommended!

The hotel is simple however with a good price for what you get. The rooms are small however the shower is great. The breakfast is quite good. The nice thing is the location. Near from superb restaurants and walk distance from nice bars. A good budget choice.

Close to lots of facilities (touristic, cultural, gastronomic), the hotel presents a good cost-benefit relation. The units are silent but perhaps need some repainting of the walls and/or functional reformulations for better maintenace. Breakfast is ok and be sure to ask for their freshmade possibilities.

Nice location, rooms are small but renovated. Bathroom's big though. Good breakfast. Staff was cordial. Down point for me was that I needed an extra pillow and a plug adapter and they were all already taken by other guests. In my understanding, hotels should have more of those items than the number of rooms existing.

Stayed here two nights this week for business. Front desk staff speaks little English and doesn't seem well equipped for international travelers. Rooms are small and need paint. Beds are hard and not at all comfortable by American standards. No ironing boards in rooms. Avoid if at all possible. Holiday inn is a block away, much newer and has a good restaurant in lobby.
