This was really a surprisingly good attraction. It is in a beautifully restored old train station with also a nice courtyard. The displays are vry interesting showing how sugar is made and how caçhaca is made among many other things. They have bathed lots of old equipment and show how it was used. It really was very interesting in a beautiful setting, with a nice little cafe and with hardly any visitors. I would highly recommend it.
