I usually book accor hotels around the world when I travel, both business and leisure. And Ibis satnd for value and fair accomodation.
Ibis Goiania is well located at western part of the city, facing a tranquil and charming plaza.
Check in and out are fast and efficient, and the breakfast food variety is better than the average presented in Ibis hotel chain.
The negative point is the room's conservation and cleanliness. Its alway possibile to notice bad smells coming form the bathroom, towels smelling smoke (in a non-smoking hotel!) and something not working well, such as showers.
It displays also one of most annoying features of almos all Ibis Hotels in Brazil: noise bathroom. One can hear others guests taking their shower.

Bad service. Impolite reception staff.

Service is non existent. There's even NO mini bar at all at the room.

Room is too simple. The flooring is horribly cheap.

But the top complain is about the 100% smoke free policy, as informed by a very arrogant receptionist. So, to smoke a cig, I need to go out of the hotel. And I was also informed that if I smoked in the room, I would be fined in 1 full daily rate.

Absurd.

Also, rates are expensive, for such a bad place. Around US$ 80/night.

By the way, I've only stayed at this s***hole because someone else made the reservation for me.

Room 266. Staying from july 16 to 18.

Room Tip: No good rooms at all.

Nice Ibis for a night or two. Good room, nice location. Vallet parking and breakfast not included in the room price. Free Wi-Fi only in the lobby.

Room Tip: Choose the upper floors because of traffic noise nearby.

The front desk seemed to be lost on the process of checking people in. Several guest were sent to rooms already occupied. Lack of training and probably not enough employees at designated areas as they act as they work the front des, the bar and i think the kitchen as well.

it a good buy from the money if you are willing to oversee a few things.
