Dudu is a very well-known restaurant in Brasília, but a nice surprise for those coming from out of town. Nothing fancy, focusing on traditional Brazilian dishes, the food is very tasteful and the appetizers are great – try the “bolinho de arroz” (rice dumpling). In a city that has subsidiary of all the great and well known restaurants from other Brazilian major cities like Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Fortaleza, Dudu is a local chef that is the local favorite.
