Description: Brasilia is a city that lives a happy contradiction that traditional places despite being still very young. Among these establishments, Carpe Diem can be proud to have his name established as a restaurant rather traditional youth capital. His fame extends far beyond the undeniable competence cuisine, the restaurant always boiled harboring thinkers, journalists, artists and those who like to live with the intellectual hubbub of the city. No wonder, the Carpe Diem was the stage for the launch of books, magazines, CDs, exhibitions and shows. The Carpe Diem have in your recipe right balance between tradition and innovation and the boundaries between the restaurant and a family environment are lost. Therefore, its consolidation as one of the preferred addresses between Brasilia was very natural. Today, Carpe Diem is approaching its 22 years and works for that as so many others, continue to be part of city life.shops:- Carpe Diem 104 South- Carpe Diem La Parrilla - Brasilia Shopping- Carpe Diem La Cuiccina - Terrace Shopping- Carpe Diem Bistro and Tratoria - Home Shopping Park- Carpe Diem Yacht Club - Yacht Club of BrasiliaBrasilia e uma cidade que vive a feliz contradicao de ter lugares tradicionais apesar de ser ainda muito jovem. Lojas: - Carpe Diem 104 sul- Carpe Diem La Parrilla - Brasilia Shopping- Carpe Diem La Cuiccina - Terraco Shopping- Carpe Diem Bistro e Tratoria - Casa Park Shopping- Carpe Diem Iate Clube - Iate Clube de Brasilia

A good place to go for an informal beer (or something stronger), maybe a few 'tiragostos' or even a full meal. Informal atmosphere with tables partly inside and partly under an awning next to the street. I was there a few nmonths ago and the prices, though on the rise, seemed to be fairly reasonable for Brasilia. Easy parking, no need to dress up.

I don't think it is a coincidence that many important meals of my life were consumed here. The food and service are both excellent, in tranquil settings

Carpe Diem has a number of restaurants in Brasilia, but the one at 104 Sul is the old stand-by, the place for friends, social gatherings, and the Sunday brunch for the well-turned out crowd. The staff are friendly, the food quite good, the menu is varied, and don't miss the caipirinhas, the best in Brasilia. Finish off your meal with an excellent capuccino, loaded with chocolate, coffee and whipped cream
