The food was okay. You could make the same quality food if you bought the frozen meatballs and jarred spaghetti sauce at the super market, and for a lot less cost. But if you want someone else to make that type of food for you, then Fazoli's will do so.
We were here for take out. Did not wait long for the food. Food tasted fine. Of course, it's not authentic Italian, but it tasted okay. Bread sticks were a bit on the salty side.
I know people think that the prices are reasonable, but I would have to disagree. Dried pasta is cheap in the grocery stores. If you make your own sauce from canned tomato puree and add your own seasonings, and buy pre-made frozen meatballs, you could make this food, at home, for cheaper. Or open a jar of pre-made alfredo sauce.
But overall, the food tasted fine, but nothing to rave about.
