Description: CSI-Appleton opened it's doors in October of 2005. We offer Homemade Soups, Cookies from Scratch, some of the best Cheesecakes in town, and our own line of Sweet and Savory "Inspired" Biscuits. Your Hosts, Kathy and Tim Trauger, invited you to stop by and enjoy some homemade food, made with love, and served with kindness.

“Superior soup from a hole in the wall”
Reviewed May 13, 2014

CSI (cookies, soups, ice cream) is a small place delivering great food in our downtown mall, City Center Plaza. I have had many different soups there, and most were superb. They have several choices daily, and include vegetarian alternatives. In addition, they offer basic salads, sandwiches and comfort food. You can get a soup and sandwich combo for $5-$6 - a great value for a delicious meal. There are also great desserts: not only excellent cookies and ice cream but cheesecake. They also make their own energy bars, with croissants and biscuits for breakfast.

The food is both creative and delicious, the counter service always fast and friendly. One of my all-time favorite places for lunch or a quick breakfast.
