This hotel is super clean, brand new, downtown, have basic gym and staff is polite!
What more do you want for a business hotel? I loved my stay here and would recommend to everyone specially because is one of the most affordable of the region as well!

This hotel is a real surprise in Manaus, a city that doesn't offer many touristic places to visit except the Teatro Amazonas.
Although in the center of the city, it is quiet and guests are both couples/groups waiting before or after their trip to Amazonia and businessmen.
Rooms are not extensively large, but enough for you to enjoy a restful night. Beds are comfortable, flat tv offers many channels, air conditioning hels you support humidity.
Breakfast is a buffet in a spatious room that is used as restaurants in the evening. Food is nice and varies.
Reception is also a small market where you can buy botteld drinks and some snacks.

Although this new hotel is located in the center of Manaus, it is not noisy. If you have to spend a night in Manaus I would recommend spending it there. But I also recommend spending as little time as possible in Manaus.

Hotel bem localizado, duas quadras do teatro. Local tranquilo. Atendimento muito bom. Quarto agradável e bem limpo. Alguns atendentes ainda tem problemas na comunicação em inglês, na recepção.
Nice place and well located. Good staff, but some still need a better english (my husband and other people had difficulties). Small rooms, but comfortable and clean. Fair price.

We stayed here for a night before and after visiting Tariri Amazon Lodge and found it to be a great location and loved their flexibility. They gave us a late checkout which allowed us to return to our rooms after Tree Climbing to shower and pack. We were soaking and muddy and can't imagine how uncomfortable it would have been not to have been able to enjoy a hot shower and dry clothes to fly to Belo Horizonte!

While the rooms are small, they were comfortable and the included breakfast was good. We thought the dinner buffet was also very good, albeit on the expensive side.

Like everywhere else in Brazil, no one speaks English though they did a good job trying to understand and accommodate us!

This hotel is a bit of a surprise, I have to say. A pleasant one.

As background, we arrived by bus from the airport, as it was the middle of the day and we thought we should save on taxi fares. This wasn't entirely stupid, but I would say to anyone trying to do the same thing: bring several printed maps of Manaus from home, as the guidebook ones were so useless as to be deeply unhelpful, and the people who run the airport bus service don't speak any English and can't help much (fair enough). The airport bus takes a long, straight road, then curves into the city through a number of markets, before turning back to head to the airport. It's as confusing as hell - there's a turnstile at the driver's end and someone perched on a high seat to mind you and your luggage, but don't expect digital displays of stops, or anything of the kind. We realised when we got off the bus that we could have taken a stop on the longer, straight road, and arrived more quickly to our hotel. Never mind - lesson learned!

Location of the hotel is good on the whole - it's one block from the main square, a 5 minute walk to the Teatro de las Amazonas. Walking there with all our suitcases and luggage didn't feel especially safe, but that was partly our fault for not having a clear idea of where we were going. One of the streets near the hotel was cordoned off with six police cars swarming round a house. We scuttled into the hotel reception promptly! But walking around later, with just a normal cotton bag, we felt fine.

From there on in, everything got better. The hotel is very, very clean. It's all white, chrome and modern, with LED lighting and motion sensor ceiling lights to show you to your room. Receptionists spoke excellent English and were friendly and helpful, supplying a map of the city. Although they make you sign something that says (basically) "if I haven't put my belongings in the hotel safe, it's not the hotel's fault if it goes missing" don't be fooled - the hotel feels entirely safe and our bags were absolutely fine both when we left them locked up in the room and when we left them with reception for a few hours before checking out. The room was a bit small, but it was spotless and comfortable, so for one night it was absolutely fine. The breakfast buffet was good, with a nice selection of cheeses, bread and pastries, and we filled up on breakfast in order to avoid needing lunch.

I wouldn't want a very long stay in this hotel (or Manaus generally, it has to be said - 1-2 days and you've seen what there is to see) but it served our needs very well.

Stayed at this hotel for one night as a tie over between my arrival in Manaus and my subsequent journey onward in to the Amazon.

Time of arrival: 1.40am
Reception: was manned, so no worries for travellers arriving at odd times.

Just as an aside. Was travelling solo at this point of the trip. Manaus airport taxi staff are extremely efficient. They bundled me into a taxi and I was at the hotel in less than 30minutes.

Description of the hotel: Much like a travel lodge but the rooms are clean, well furnished, new linens AND they have 220 V plug sockets - perfect for European and American travellers who haven't had a chance to recharge anything that requires higher voltage in a while.

Beds were comfortable and the rooms were furnished.

The hotel exceeds expectations on what it provides in it's description.

Only criticism: There is no one who answers the phone or emails ahead of the trip. This caused some concern to me as I wasn't sure whether the reception was manned at night. I discovered it was, but it would have been nice to have the reassurance that you'd be able to reach someone were something to happen.

Breakfast: Simple but good quality. Choice of bread, some cheese, ham (standard square shaped stuff that you come across all over Brazil), toast, coffee, water and some fruit.

Highly recommended particularly for those who are using this as a stop over.
