We stayed here for 4 nights in total in two different bedrooms. The first room was huge and had many corners were mosquitoes can hide. The night spent in this room (#1, I think), was uncomfortable due to the many mosquitoes that seemed to appear out of nowhere. This room should come with a mosquito net. The second room was smaller but much more comfortable as there were very few places where they could hide making them easier to kill before going to sleep. The staff at this place is the drawing card- very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very good. The rooms are merely functional- dated and in need of some updating especially the bedsheets. The property itself is very attractive but again in need of some TLC. The location is not the most convenient but if you don't mind a short walk to the bus stop that takes you to the centre, then it's fine. Overall, there aren't many good hotel options in Manaus. If the owner were to make some repairs to the property, this place would actually be a very good choice. Considering the drawbacks, we still had a pleasant stay overall.
