Set back from the hustle and bustle of Rurrenabaque this place is a great spot for western style meals. I had the Chicken Curry and my girl friend had the creamy pasta, both were delicious. The staff were super friendly and made time for a chat. We wished they did dessert too!

Visited El Nomadico restaurant twice before and after our pampas tour. Both times was excellent. As well as the excellent lasagne, the local food was cooked and presented beautifully - the fish is recommended! Even the rudimentary piqué lo macho was described as the best in Bolvia by one member of our group.

The place is owned by an Aussie ex pat and his Bolivian wife wh does the cooking. Paul gave us some good tips on what to do in Bolvia and some other helpful advice - apparently the local tap water is filtered as good as bottled water and is ok to drink!

this restaurant is a "hidden" treasure, Look for the indian-sign and enjoy the great service and food. My sister got sick when we were in Rurenabaque, and the man running this place was SUPER nice and offered tea and all sorts of stuff to help her feel better :) The food is amazing, and i had the best lasagna in all of Bolivia here several times. (The chicken is really good too).

Not too much people, cosy atmosphere, and they show football on big screen.

Atmosphere: very calm, very few people, TV with fox sport like in every tourist restaurant.

Service: very nice owner

Food: delicious, I tried a local recipe of fish cooked in banana leaf served with mash potatoes and vegetable and my girlfriend had a very goog fish.

Price: normal for a bolivian toutistic restaurant

Conclusion: go!
