The snacks are great, even people from the place go there to buy some quiche, pizza, croissant etc. Open every day except sunday, its the perfect place to have breakfast in Rurre !

If you want to have a nice breakfast you definetely have to get your bread from this place. We recommend the 'pan de tomate' and the 'pan frances', but all the bread is actually nice. If you want to have enough choice, be sure to visit before 8.45h or you have to be lucky. We have been getting our bread here for 2 months now and we notice that if you go later, your choice is limited.

get there early to get the best selection. buy extra for lunch! owner lamented that because many hotels provide breakfast his clientle is declining. well worth stopping by even if this is the case in your hotel. also he has real coffee, though not espresso.

After travelling Bolivia for 2 months, the smell of fresh crossants and authentic pain au chocolate in the morning would bring tears to my eyes. And don´t just ask me - this place is packed full of nostalgic expats every single morning.

The deal is that the bakery will serve fresh French goods (sweet and savory) untill they run out of that days quota, and then they close us shop. On busy days they are shut by 10am and on most days by 12pm easily. Go go go, what are you waiting for?!

If you're sick of white bread with jam for breakfast then this is a welcome treat! Everything was delicious, especially the apple pastry.
