This is billed as a retro style area. You are greeted with old time music piped through the pa system. There are rickshaws to take you around for a cost. I didn't find the steam locomotive station, but went for a look at the port. It is more like a small sea villiage. The ferry leaves for here to go across to Shimoneseki where there is Yume Tower and an aquarium. You can walk around the shore to the Kanmon Tunnel pedestrian walk way, howevere in the heat it was better to get a taxi or you could get the rickshaws. It cost around 700 yen to catch a taxi to the tunnel. There are some nice old buildings there but you would have to be an enthusiast to really go there as there wasn't much else there
