Already there for 2 times. Good position, close to train station. Rooms in high level of the skytower, in sunny day you can see ocean and Fuji montain. Close to the city center. Clean, staff very kind. Standard price for the Japan, but high level of service, and good size of the room, you have space for yourself (it is not 2 steps!! :-) )
Bouffet breakefast, with asian and occidental food. Perfect for business, you can have a review drinking a coffe. restourant on the top quite expensive, better go outside.

Hotel is decent but the beds are hard, almost gives you a feeling of sleeping on a hard surface, nothing exciting about the amenities or the service. Basic hotel but conveniently located next to Hamamatsu station and has beautiful city views of Hamamatsu city (from the 39th floor). Restaurants are also average standard compared to other restaurants in the city. Overall a decent place to stay. Close to May One shopping mall, Zaza city, theatre and restaurants. Breakfast is buffet and it is excellent.

We stayed here for one night hoping to get to Mt Fuji that unfortunately did not happen. This huge hotel is very close to the concert hall and there are lots of reference to music at the hotel itself. It is also next to a conference hall and a large shopping mall. The rooms are reasonable size for Japanese Hotels. The hotel is also close to the railway station and many restaurants. The staff are useful helpful and will do virtually anything to provide you with good service,

Interior Decor: Good sense of colors and furnitures
Exterior appearance: Tallest building in Hamamatsu city
Outside View from the room: Hamamatsu train station, southside of the city, all the way to Pacific Ocean - excellent
Room size: 27 square meters - bigger than usual Japanese hotels
Price: Fair and adequate considering the location and the inclusion of breakfast buffet
Breakfast buffet: Very good selection of food, including local fish from port of Hamamatsu and Iwata
Services: Professionally trained staffs and courtesy
Bed: Firm semi-double size (140 cm width). OK.

Nice lobby with piano and Christmas decorations

    Good noise insulations
    Clean

I stayed at this hotel twice during the latest three years. It was perfectly clean and well kept. The rooms are sufficiently spacious and offer nice views over the city, as the hotel is quite a tall building. The interior is perhaps a bit impersonal, which is on the other hand typical for this kind of big hotels. But everything was in perfect condition.
A nice sky lounge is available as well. The hotel is conveniently close to the central station and to one of the areas where to enjoy your evening, with plenty of restaurants and bars.
The personnel is extremely professional and helpful. I did not try the gym or the spa.
No doubt such an hotel in Europe or USA would have costed twice as much.
