“Watch the horses at breakfast”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 10, 2014

Food was good, you place order at counter and they bring the food to you. A friendly place, customers and staff. Most of the customers are jockies, trainers, owners and other track workers.
Fun to sit and watch the horses come and go.

“Change of pace”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 30, 2013

This is interesting for a change, but don't think I'd recommend it for the food. We stopped in for breakfast, tried one of the specials of french toast and can only describe it as mediocre. The atmosphere with the jockeys, trainers and owners is fun. We were there to see the horses head out to the track and certainly if you have a horse loving person to entertain this would be something of a treat. As mentioned by Kimberly this required wandering through a building without much signage to guide you, but just keep going, you'll find a large space that is semi-cafeteria. You order at the counter and then food is brought to your table. We were greeted warmly by Sally who recognized us as newcomers and offered guidance and info of when the horses would be coming by the windows.

“Authentic race horse track atmosphere with tons of food choices”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 9, 2013 via mobile

First time in this area and food came recommend. A little interesting to find. From the parking lot wander straight down the hallway or you can ask the guard at the first window. A sign hung overhead would have been most helpful for those not familiar with the layout.

You almost feel as though you have gotten the outsider privilege to hang out with horse owners and jockeys. I loved it being an ex horse owner.
/trainer/barn manager my non horsey friends were less impressed with that type of decor. Very relaxed casual seating and easy to read menu. Served breakfast into the lunch hour at over reasonable prices and perfect quantity.

Soups, salads, french dips, burgers, pancakes etc check out their daily specials. Well worth a look if you are in the area. Horse photos and memorabilia in the cafe as well as monitors showing either workouts or other races.

“Best location in the Valley”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 5, 2012

Want to watch thoroughbreds being worked while dining with jockey's and trainers? This is the place. Very unique. You almost feel like you are an owner. Food is fresh and standard breakfast fare, but really a fun place.
