Quick check-in, great breakfast and superior service in cancelling and revising future reservations. Marilyn Kirkpatrick, Manager/Director of Sales, is an outstanding person and a great asset due to her courteous help when a snowstorm prevented our arrival at several upcoming reservations. She spent a great deal of time in so doing. Without her help, we may have encountered charges for those reservations. Thank you Marilyn. We certainly appreciate you.

Great location just off I-5 without the traffic noise. The steakhouse next to the hotel was also great! no need to drive anywhere to eat. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The building looks old but the room had been updated. They have a fitness room, laundry room and computer room. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. I would have to say the shower was better than most. The water was Hot with good Pressure and the showerhead was Great. I'm not sure what other reviews expect. This property is clean..safe..quite..comfortable and the price is right !!!!!!

We stayed here for one night in February 2013 after a day of shopping at the Premium Outlets. Location-wise, it's a 10 minutes drive from the outlets. Other pros include that we only paid about $80 for the night, very cheap compared to other hotels closer if you are just wanting a place to crash.
There was nothing overly impressive about the room. It's the standard bed, bathroom and TV. Breakfast is the same deal as with other Quality Inns. My only complaint is that it ended early for a Saturday (9am). However, the lady was very nice and allowed me to pick up some items even though I arrived at 9:05am.

I would have scored this place higher, but I wasn't too impressed with the room cleanliness. While it looked fine on the surface, a closer look under the mattress, behind the headboard, etc reveals that it wasn't so great (we usually inspect more closely out of fear of bedbugs). We spotted some hair, dirt, and small stain or two. Since it was very close quarters, I couldn't help but feel slightly uncomfortable. While we stayed without complaining, we likely won't come back. Sorry Quality Inn Arlington.

I stay here while visiting relatives. Lots of parking and located a little off the nearby main street.
Not fancy, but comfortable, with an acceptable breakfast. Never had the problems that some reviewers comment on.

Room Tip: The Bar located between the Hotel and the main street can get a little noisy and spill out into the...

We found this hotel on a road trip through the Western USA and found it practical from the location(not far from the I-5 but no traffic noise.) While the structure itself does not exactly come across as charming, it is functional,no-nonsense and safe. The staff at check-in was professional and helpful. The rooms are adequate, the bed was comfortable, and it helped to have a fridge and microwave. The bathroom did not have a bathtub, but we were quite happy with the shower.A Safeway supermarket is just down the road and there is a restaurant next door(we did not try it.)Guest should know that this structure does not have an elevator. Travellers seeking basic accommodation will be satisfied with this establishment.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the ground floor, if you have trouble managing stairs!

Unfortunately our experience at this Quality Inn was very disappointing. Having stayed at the one in Bellingham we assumed it would provide the same "quality". It didn't come close.
The front desk staff was obviously fed up with having to meet and greet guests as he was cranky. We nic-named him cranky pants. He was put out by any question. The costs are also different - it was $20 for a pet compared to $10 at our Bellingham Quality Inn. The pricing is inconsistent because they are privately owned even though they appear to be a chain.
The continental breakfast was ok.
The rooms were tight and the bathroom had a fan that was so loud it would wake you up if someone had to use the washroom during the night. I don't think these rooms have been renovated in awhile as the tv is still the original big box style.
We did however go to a fun Mexican restaurant about a 6 mind drive away. That was the highlight.
We were tired and it was a bed but I wouldn't recommend it.

First room assigned had mold in the toilet and smelled very strong of smoke, Second room assigned had mold in the toilet and smelled very strong of smoke, insisted staff look at third room prior to us entering it. No batteries in TV remote and later in the evening we noticed no batteries in the smoke detector. Around 1:30 am someone tried to enter our room with a key card. Next morning when we checked out, we notified the staff of this intrusion, and they explained they had assigned the same room to someone else. Bed was clean and comfortable and the hotel was quiet. One staff member was so unbelievably rude but we had another one who was very professional so it balanced out the situation. I have requested a full refund. The area was close to the Outlet stores.
