Had reservations here for 4 days. Got there and found the pool and hot tub are the main view from their restaurant. If you don't want to be watched while you swim or relax, don't go here. Plus, got all the way down to the hot tub for a soak and it was broken down. No one told us although it had been down for over a week. Stood in a foot of water in the shower as the drain had never been cleaned out. The room wasn't clean and the maids don't care either. I checked out and luckily got a great room some place else that cost me less money. The Islands Inn is overpriced and truly doesn't care for the comfort of their customers.

My wife and I spent our 4th aniversaryat the Inn and enjoyed our view of the bay and mountains. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the complimentary breakfast was great. We will be back

The advertisements for Islands Inn were very misleading. The rooms are old and very "well-used". There were stains on the sofa and holes in the bedspread. The most disappointing factor was that the room was not properly cleaned. The toilet was not clean and the bathroom counter was not clean. We have been trying for 3 days to talk to a manager and get some type of refund, but at this point it seems the manager is not around on a regular basis. This does not seem very professional for an Inn that has been advertised so well. C. Wade

Although Island Inn is advertised as having European charm-it is sorely lacking the charm. It is an older motel with cigarette burns in the couches (in the no smoking rooms). The hotel staff was accommodating and let us switch rooms when we arrived-1st room was dark, cramped and really in need of refurbishing. Breakfast is served by a friendly woman, who keeps the great fresh bread coming.

Room Tip: Ein Zimmer weg von der Straße und mit Laminatboden zu wählen, da zur Straße sehr laut und Teppiche sehr dreckig sind.
