The food was not particularly good (the wings were too sweet and pizza sauce lacked flavor), but I am not accustomed to eating at Pizza Hut, so maybe it was average. The atmosphere was average, but the staff was not friendly nor helpful. There is lots of space in this restaurant and when we arrived there were two other tables of people present. My friends had wanted to have a Birthday Party for her son, and had neglected to make reservations. This should not have been a problem as the next birthday party was not scheduled there for another 2.5 hours. The staff had an attitude about the request, then later made an error with our order of boneless wings and when this was brought to their attention, they complained about the inconvenience to THEM. Unfortunately they were given a tip at the time we paid for our food order ... we were given a garbage bag to clean up after ourselves, which we did, and we left in plenty of time before the next party was to arrive. It is not so much what people say as it is how they say it. One of the staff came to make amends later, but feelings had already been hurt by then, and it was too late! We had spent over $100 there. On a positive note, their cheesy breadsticks were very good, and there were parking spaces in the same block as the restaurant. The kids enjoyed the electronic games while waiting for the food.
