I will stay here the next time I visit DC if I possibly can.Restaurant pricey but really good.Shuttle drivers were so great they took us to the metro local restaurants and airport.
We had a wonderful stay here. Very clean room that had just been remodeled. The whole hotel is very beautiful and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. When I go back to DC I will definitely be staying here again!
I purchase a room with a suite for my husbands Birthday home away from home getaway. The overall hotel is very nice with friendly staff. We stayed in a suite with a balcony for the price it cost the view is not worth the upgraded price unless you are a smoker for a easier exit. The room was decent. The bed squeaks and there is no glass door that closes in the shower.. which is very weird so please make sure you place a towel down because water will get on the floor. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. This hotel has a New Years casino theme party that I was thinking about getting tickets for but for this hotel to have Hyatt in the name its not worth the price so Im glad I visited this hotel when I did. If you can find a good deal then go for it if not then you know what to do.
We are frequent fliers to this location and between the incredible DC views, the glass elevators over looking the city or the incredibly thoughtful staff and concierge, this is truly the best Hyatt ive stayed at.
This hotel charged my debit card $366.16 after I paid for my hotel stay in full. When I questioned the front desk about the charges, they could not explain it. I did not order room service or break anything in the room or hotel. I contacted my bank and explained the situation. The money was refunded to me. However, upon check out I learned the charges (366.16) were still pending again.
