My wife and I live right next door and go to Sushi Zen very often. Neither of us actually eat sushi (we go for the veggie rolls and teriyaki), so take the rest of the review with that context.
It has a nice local feel to it. Service is generally good and usually pretty speedy. I like the chicken and salmon teriyaki. It is done in a unique style and is a bit different every time. My wife really like the vegetable rolls.
I do feel like the quality and service varies a bit depending on who is on staff that night, but it is never bad and still pretty solid on the nights without the A team. It is a great local restaurant.
