We visited this restaurant on a trip to Washington, DC, with some friends who had been looking forward to coming here. We waited for about 45 minutes for a table, once we were led to the seating area, we found out why, there are only about 10 tables total. I had an average mango margarita while we waited. Once seated, a not very friendly server brought us some basic tortilla chips (like out of a bag) and we ordered some guacamole to go with them. Our group of six then ordered our meals, I had some enchiladas, my husband had some sort of pork taco and two at our table had burritos. When the food arrived, we were less than impressed. The enchilada meat tasted like it had just been in a slow cooker all day and was in big chunks, not shredded at all, pretty much like a chicken tender in a shell with some terrible enchilada sauce over top. The refried beans were bland, I asked for some cheese to put on top of them. The men at our table with the burritos has the most trouble, one was delivered that was cold in the middle, as though it hadn't been dethawed properly, he sent it back to be reheated. The other one our friend took apart with his fork and we were less than impressed with the contents, which looked inedible. He declined to take the remaining portion of this burrito home with him to eat later. Overall, I would rate this food as disgusting and the price we paid for this crap was insulting. Disappointed we wasted an evening of our vacation at this joint and had to write a review to warn others.

Very average mexican cuisine. Went with a few friends and waited quite a long time for our entrees. Not exactly the friendliest servers, either. Interior of restaurant is cute but very small.

I ordered their special which was grilled chicken with rice, beans, and flour tortillas. The chicken was grilled perfectly. The chip sauce was homemade. Everything was high quality. Service was friendly.

This is a groovy little tex mex place, the food is not out of this world but not too bad either. Half-price burritos are filling and a great deal for this area. Food seems fresh, owner is a nice friendly lady often on the floor, however service is hit and miss and rather hands-off.

The service was incredibly slow and we had to ask several times for water. The food was alright but I did find a hair in mine. They took it off the bill, but between that and the inattentive service, I won't be back.
