My wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at Fyve Restaurant inside the Ritz Carlton, Pentagon City. We had the perfect culinary experience with a wine paired 6 course meal prepared by an the extraordinary talented Chef Chris Reed with wine pairings from Sommelier Michael Kennedy. The evening got started with Foie Gras and goat cheese prepared so delicately and paired with sparkling wines. These opening courses were such a tease for what was to come. The rest of the courses consisted of Scallops, Duck, and Lamb, each prepared expertly and precise to perfection with the masterful artisitic gift of Chef Chris Reed. Again each of these protein courses paired with an equisite wine selection from Sommelier Michael. Chef Chis has a gifted talent that should be experienced by all and any dining establishment would be greatly honored to have him in the kitchen. I was honored to have experienced his creations.
