We loved this apartment. Ian was very easy to work with. The place was very clean, towels in bathrooms were nice, shampoo in bathroom, toilet paper and paper towels, etc. If you are cooking, you may want to bring a dish towel and hot pads. You can use the pool but you will need to get a pass from the front desk. It was so nice to come in and watch a movie on Netflix at night. Great place.
This apartment has everything you might need for short or long stays.
The bedrooms are large, and each contains 2 full sized beds. There are also 2 futons in the living room that could be slept on if need be. All linens were provided.
The master bath has 2 sinks, and a separate tub/toilet room. The guest bath is a decent size as well. 5 clean towels were provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for very basic cooking needs. Plates, glasses, silverware, some pots and pans are all there. It even had dish soap and a sponge for washing!
The living room is huge. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs to eat at if you choose.
There is only one tv in the whole apartment, but who needs more when you can be out seeing the sights?
We had an issue with one of the tubs, and someone was here within 15 minutes to fix it. Amazing!
The pool at the complex is open most of the day. But due to laws up here, you can only be in the pool area while a lifeguard is on duty. Also, bring your own pool towels. None provided.
The metro is right across the street through the Marriott hotel. It takes maybe 5 minutes to walk there. A Harris Teeter and 4 story mall is also within a 15 minute walk.
I'd highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay near DC and not break the budget. Very clean, and mostly well equipped for all your needs!
