Service was an A+ at this hotel. We were new to DC and the shuttle took us and picked us up from the Metro public train everyday. They had complimentary dinner and breakfast during our first day there. Overall, very very pleased.
This Hotel is a first class Hotel with first class Management and Staff . Every need is cared for with detailed attention . This Hotel is the cleanest , freshest most convenient Hotel in the DC area . It is close to everything and easy to access .
Very nice and helpful staff, very nice room which now includes both mini fridge and microwave. Wifi service was good for working. They have included lots of power outlets for all your devices on the desk and near the bed.
Excellent hotel! Close proximity to our daughter whom we visit often. Stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times now and have always been extremely satisfied. Breakfast is always a treat at this hotel, and the staff is extremely helpful in every way.
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, overall a very good experience, rooms, clean and good size as well as being well appointed.
However I could hear upstairs taking a shower.
But this location is a simple 15 mins drive to reach the National Mall and 20mins to other areas.
I would also like to thank publicly Olivia who allowed an extra long late checkout as due to clumsiness I had injured my leg at the LM and was resting.
Good value too
The manager, breakfast manager and shuttle driver were all very courteous. The driver drove safely in a challenging traffic environment. They serve a quality breakfast. No need to go to a restaurant. Rooms are very clean. Neutrogena toiletries (high quality) in bathroom.
