While its decor has some of the appeal of a second-tier country-club in a small-market town, the food and the price for a Sunday brunch were excellent. Endless servings of a wide-variety of choices and great baked goods make for a nice brunch, particularly if you sit outside. The coffee was a bit watery, and they could have brought it around more, but if you want a good outside location, that's a bit off the beaten-track this is a good choice.

Went to brunch with friends recently. They have a good food and dessert selection for brunch. It includes seafood, pasta, fruit and salad to name a few. There is a little something for everyone. The best part of this restaurant is the scenic view!

I had not been here in years. It was good before and it still is. We ate outside on the wooden deck overlooking the Potomac River near Reagan Nat'l Airport. Wonderful view with the boats docked nearby. Just a lovely way to spend lunchtime. We split the Indigo Salad and fried flounder sandwich. The salad was very good--tomatoes, hearts of palm, cucumbers, radishes, and feta cheese with a tasty dressing. The flounder sandwich was plenty to split. We didn't realize there was a choice of French fries or cole slaw. We received the French fries and they were served with our own small vessel of ketchup (love that, no germs) and the fries were HOT!! Perfect.

The views of the Washington skyline and National Airport is truly excellent. The food is good, but the menu is somewhat limited. You are paying something for the view, but the food and service are still good.

We started our meal with two appetizers for our party of six. The guacamole with chips arrived with a 1/2 scoop of guacamole, 1/2 scoop of sour cream, and 1/2 scoop of a bean salsa. When we've ordered guacamole at other restaurants, it's a much bigger "scoop" of (just) guacamole. Fortunately, I had ordered a second appetizer, the crab dip, which was also $12 and also small. The broiled crab cakes were good, put the coleslaw was runny and very sweet, and the fries are just ordinary. The asparagus risotto that came with the salmon had very little asparagus. The 1/2 rack of ribs were just ordinary. The service was good.
