Wild mushroom fritatta was made up with dried mushrooms. Awful! Filet mignon was some other cut of meat, not filet. Bernaise sauce needs vinegar, tarragon, and other spices. It was awful. No taste. Parmesan polenta had absolutely no flavor.
You're captive in this hotel and restaurant. Nothing in the vicinity to choose from. The servers are not customer oriented. The have a disinterested demeanor and far away look like, "this is just a job". Right. And we who patronize this place expect service, not duty.
