Old Town Alexandria is filled with good ethnic restaurants and plenty of places for an interesting dine. We stopped here at the local branch of the growing chain as we were pressed for time. We were happy with what we got. Prices were reasonable. You can get your basic burger with a choice of toppings. They cook to order and even ask you how you'd like the burger done. If you don't want beef, you get a variety of options, such as turkey but the turkey has mushrooms mixed in the batter.
You order at the counter and they give you a device that buzzes to let you know when to pick up your order. The place was kept clean.
The choice of toppings isn't as large as in some other places but you have some options. As a plus, if you want some reasonably healthy sides, they offer asparagus, which was quite good and an unusual side for a burger chain. You can also get sweet potato fries, which are healthier than regular fries.
They have a few flavors of milk shakes including an innovative flavor of the month, but we didn't try that. They also feature one of those machines that allows you to create your own soft drink concoction.
