The conference rooms, ballrooms, lobby and other meeting facilities were great, lots of meeting options. Good sushi in the hotel restaurant, we also had a decent breakfast there, a little pricey. The free shuttle runs every 40 minutes or so, in a loop to Nat'l Airport and then the Pentagon Mall/Metro stop. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful, and it was always on time. The Pentagon Mall is very large, and has a big food court. Free Wi-Fi at hotel, in the lobby as well as the rooms, but using the Business Center is complicated/a pain to try to get something to print. Sandy at the front desk helped us with printing, a few times.
Indoor/Outdoor Pool is being remodeled sometime soon, but it was OK, as was the exercise room.
We had a room with double beds, very comfortable, nice comfortable bedding. I did check for bed bugs, did not see any.
There was mold in shower, and housekeeping overall was "so-so." We were there during a heat wave and the ice makers on several floors were broken - probably from overuse. Decent size mini fridge in room. We were on the 6th floor, no view, it was quiet even though there were loud parties downstairs.More
