Possibly the best breakfast I've ever had. Great service and the blue berry pancakes were incredible. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.

Been here many times over the years.
Do stop for breakfast, not much one can do to screw up eggs. Lunch is OK, nothing to rave about.
However...do not eat dinner here...just drive by. Last year, they served me raw chicken and the waitress was less than helpful and it took a lot of arm twisting for her to take it off our bill. She ask me if I wanted anything else but it took so long to get the raw chicken, I wasn't willing to wait, so I went without dinner.
We were back there this past weekend. I didn't take a chance and order the chicken again, so I just ordered salisbury steak, on Tx toast w/gravy. What I received was an overcooked almost burnt beef patty on Tx toast w/gravy & overcooked "steak" fries. I wonder if they even know what salisbury steak is?
From now on, we'll skip this place and go to the Irish pub further up the road.

thanks for your input,I have to tell you that I don't normally reply to any reviews, but when too many things are out of the norm, then I have to step in and try to figure out
if you would tell me when you where here
,that would be a great start and what the order was

I have always had a policy to adjustments the meal or adjust the check even if the customer just dosnt like ,and certainly if something gets out of the kitchen,

too soon [undercooked], too late ] overcooked .or misunderstood item such as a Salisbury steak that we don't serve on toast ..believe me,its mot the raw food cost
any info would be helpful

Enjoyed an excellent meal. Unique and comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff. Clean restrooms, menu had plenty of choices and portions were large.

Went to breakfast with the whole family, all 19 of us. As you might suspect our orders arrived at different times but they arrived as ordered and everybody got fed in a timely manner. Portions were ample. Prices were reasonable. All meals were cooked well, except for the corned beef hash, which was over cooked and dry. The children really liked their pancakes. The real maple syrup is a bonus and a treat. The restaurant itself is typical Vermont - warm and homey. In short, a good place to eat and a great value. Parking is ample and access is very good for those with limited mobility.

Warm & cozy inside. Many connections to Norman Rockwell here so while noshing on the home made food you can learn about him as well from some of the staff there that posed in some of his paintings!
