Went to breakfast with the whole family, all 19 of us. As you might suspect our orders arrived at different times but they arrived as ordered and everybody got fed in a timely manner. Portions were ample. Prices were reasonable. All meals were cooked well, except for the corned beef hash, which was over cooked and dry. The children really liked their pancakes. The real maple syrup is a bonus and a treat. The restaurant itself is typical Vermont - warm and homey. In short, a good place to eat and a great value. Parking is ample and access is very good for those with limited mobility.

Warm & cozy inside. Many connections to Norman Rockwell here so while noshing on the home made food you can learn about him as well from some of the staff there that posed in some of his paintings!

This is a local restaurant - for locals. The food was OK. The atmosphere was "local".

I would go back.

Good food for my husband, but when i asked the server if i could get two eggs and nothing else, she said, "yes but you'll have to pay the full price (meat, hash browns, and toast, which I wouldn't have eaten). So i ordered toast, which was offered on the a la carte menu. Never ever had anyone tell me that--whole point of a restaurant is getting what you want, isn't it?

We accidentally found this place. Don’t miss this place. The food is wonderful and plentiful. The price is outstanding!! The owners serve you. They great people to have a conversation with. This place is worth getting off the bypass.
