Great facility, excellent staff and fabulous food. Easy access to the slopes, ski on, private lift off. Sunny spacious after ski pool, hot tub, sauna. Warm spacious bar with knowledgeable efficient bartenders. Chef is excellent— specials every night over a solid core menu.
Rooms are quiet and comfy and come with humidifier—a big plus.
After a good night’s sleep, you can start every day with a yoga stretch class to get you ready to do it all over again!

I have been staying at Alta's Rustler Lodge for 35 years with both my family and an annual Father/Son trip. The experience at the Lodge is always excellent from the friendly and helpful service of the staff to the outstanding food available at every meal. The breakfast buffet offers something for everyone and provides a solid start to the day. Lunch is relaxed with a full menu. Dinner provides superb ambiance, a nice choice of soup, appetizers and main course. The food is always excellent.
Most importantly the entire staff is friendly and helpful. The common areas provide a relaxing and warm atmosphere before and apres ski or after dinner. There are always refreshments available. The Eagles Nest Lounge offers excellent ambiance for a larger group or a chance to sit at the bar, order a drink and watch a game on TV.
The Lodge offers a full compliment of amenities. My personal favorite is the heated pool, a great place to relax after a full day on the mountain with a beer and friends.

This is by far the best ski hotel I have ever stayed at. Have been returning here nearly annually with family and friends for 20+ years. The staff and service are top notch. We are always treated as if we are the most important guests and are provided with the absolute best experience. From the ski-in-ski-out location to the rooms and the best breakfast buffet ever to the pool after a long day on the slopes, the Rustler has it all!

This is the finset ski hotel in America. Again and Again and Again we have returned to it every year for 50 years. The management is exceptional.... their staff is highly trained and totally focussed on doing WHATEVER is required to satisfy the guests. It is an expensive experience...and absolutely should be as it is worth every dollar. Period.
