As soon as we entered the Churrascaria we found an odd configuration: in the center of the restaurant in lieu of the "Fogo" full of meats, we found the "Salad Bar"! Even when we tried to seat in the first line of many lines of tables (too many for the Gauchos to walk around), the meat arrived to a temperature far from the hot we expected and like. We understand that the salad bar is part of the business (less expensive than the meat) but to put it in the center is too much!
The only thing that saved the night were the friendly and cheerful Gauchos (some brazilian, some mexican and salvadorian among them). Then, good service but regular (or even bad) food for a all-you-can-eat meat restaurant. And, VERY EXPENSIVE for what you get.
